Ingredients:

  • 16 oz whole milk
  • 1 raw egg
  • 3 scoops Pro Fuel Flavor of Your Choice
  • 1 scoop Throttle Creatine
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
