Cinnamon Swirl Apple Oatmeal Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl protein powder
- 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish (9x9 inch works well).

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and honey or maple syrup until combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, Cinnamon Swirl protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined. Fold in the diced apples, nuts, and raisins if using.

Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
